Evoke Care is a dynamic evolving care provider for young people aged 11-18 years and work with young people who may have had experience of trauma at some point in their lives which leads to the complexities of their referrals where they become difficult to place.
Our aim is to not only bring about positive change in the life of a young person but to place value in the context for the change.
Evoke Care understand that young people belong to communities which they will need to navigate in the future and therefore change and development should take place within their communities.
