Jigsaw Travel are a bespoke Business Travel Company who decided that rather than lie down whilst the pandemic decimated the travel industry decided to seek out and embrace new opportunities and adopt a different mindset from many in the travel industry.
For us it wasn’t about surviving, it was about thriving.
The journey wasn’t without a few bumps, we often had to change direction at short notice and there were some stressful times however smooth seas do not make good sailors and on reflection the pandemic provided many opportunities to go back to basics, be right at the coalface to reassess our processes and make radical, positive changes.
Without being crude, our mantra was to basically take s**t and turn it into fertiliser and we have achieved beyond our expectations.
